What's a "resume set"?

A resume set is a collection of resumes that you want to screen against a specific job description. You can create multiple sets for different positions or departments.

How do I create a resume set?

1. Log in to your dashboard
2. Click "New Resume Set"
3. Give your set a name (e.g., "Senior Developer Q1 2024")
4. Upload your resumes (PDF or DOCX, up to 200 files)
5. Paste your job description

How does the ranking work?

Our AI analyzes both the job description and resumes using advanced language models. It considers:

• Skill match percentage
• Experience relevance
• Education alignment
• Industry-specific keywords

Each resume gets a fit score (0-100) and a 5-bullet summary explaining why it's a good match.

How do I export results?

After the AI finishes processing, click the "Export CSV" button. The CSV file includes:

• Candidate name
• Fit score
• 5-bullet summary
• Original file link

Can I search within a resume set?

Yes! Use the search bar to find resumes by:

• Candidate name
• Skills
• Companies
• Education

You can also filter by fit score range.

How do I remove resumes from a set?

Click the three dots menu next to any resume and select "Remove". You can also select multiple resumes and remove them in bulk.

What file formats are supported?

We support PDF and DOCX files. For best results, ensure your PDFs are text-based (not scanned images).

How long does processing take?

Processing time depends on the number of resumes:

• 1-50 resumes: ~1 minute
• 51-100 resumes: ~2 minutes
• 101-200 resumes: ~4 minutes

Can I use the API?

Yes! Any user can request a JWT token and use our API to upload, query, and download reports. Visit our API documentation for detailed information about available endpoints and authentication.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We take security seriously:

• All files are stored securely and can be deleted at any time
• We don't train models on your data, ever
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Resumes are automatically deleted after 30 days
• We're GDPR and CCPA compliant
• No data is shared with third parties

What's included in the free tier?

The free tier includes:

• 1 active job description
• 200 resumes per month
• Basic AI matching
• CSV export

What happens if I exceed my limits?

You'll be notified when you're close to your limits. You can either:

• Upgrade to Pro for unlimited usage
• Wait for your monthly reset
• Delete old resume sets to free up space
