By accessing or using CV Match, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use CV Match for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not modify or copy the materials
• You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose other than screening resumes
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in CV Match
• You must not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Service Usage

You agree to use CV Match only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload any malicious code or files
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with the proper working of the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Content and Data

You retain all rights to the resumes and job descriptions you upload. By uploading content, you:

• Grant us a license to process and analyze the content
• Warrant that you have the right to share the content
• Agree that we may store the content for up to 30 days

6. Service Limitations

CV Match is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Pricing and Payments

We offer both free and paid tiers of service. For paid subscriptions:

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Subscriptions are billed in advance
• Refunds are at our discretion
• You can cancel at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CV Match be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CV Match and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
